Humanities Conference Rooms
Due to COVID-19, the Humanities Conference Room Royce 314 is presently closed. At this time, we are not accepting reservations for the rooms through September 26, 2021. IF THE SITUATION SHOULD CHANGE, WE WILL POST AN UPDATE ON THIS SITE. We will accept reservations for events on September 27, 2021 and beyond, although we cannot guarantee that the campus will be fully reopened by that time. If it is not, it may be necessary to cancel your room reservation.
CMRS manages the Humanities Conference Room (Royce 314) and the Herbert Morris Seminar Room (Royce 306) for the Division of Humanities. UCLA academic departments, centers, institutes, and other official UCLA organizations may rent these rooms. Student groups may not reserve these rooms independently. Reservations for student events must be sponsored by an administrative unit and made by that office.
The rental rate for each room is $250 per day or any portion thereof.
To make a reservation or inquire about room availability, please send your request to RoyceConfRooms@humnet.ucla.edu.
EOL Registration is required. All events taking place in Royce 306 and 314 must be included in the Events On Line (EOL) calendar. If you have not yet been designated a Registrant in EOL, please call the System Administrator at x63274 or x58989.
