Humanities Conference Rooms
CMRS manages the Humanities Conference Room (Royce 314) and the Herbert Morris Seminar Room (Royce 306) for the Division of Humanities. UCLA academic departments, centers, institutes, and other official UCLA organizations may rent these rooms. Student groups may not reserve these rooms independently. Reservations for student events must be sponsored by an administrative unit and made by that office.
The rental rate for each room is $250 (per day or any portion thereof) starting January 1, 2020. To minimize the impact of this increase on current-year budgets, any room reservations for the period January 1 to June 30, 2020, that are confirmed by December 19, 2019, will remain at the current rental rate of $125.
