Fellowship Application Submission Procedure
Before You Begin
Visit the specific fellowship page to see what documents you’ll need (cover letter, CV, research description, etc.). Prepare all materials in PDF format before starting your application.
Application Steps
1. Submit Your Application
Complete and upload your materials through our Fellowship application portal or the Graduate Certificate in Global Medieval Studies portal.
2. Arrange Letters of Recommendation
Contact your letter writers and direct them to our recommendation submission portal. The number of required letters varies by fellowship. Check your specific fellowship page for details.
3. Confirm Your Materials
You’re responsible for ensuring all materials arrive by the deadline. We recommend emailing us at cmrs@humnet.ucla.edu one week before the deadline to verify your application is complete.
