Fellowship Application Submission Procedure

Applications for CMRS Fellowships should be submitted online according to the following procedure.

Check our website for the specific fellowship you are applying for to find out what documents (e.g., cover letter, CV, research description, etc.) are required for the application. Have these documents ready to submit in PDF format.

Submit your application information and documents at the following link: SUBMIT APPLICATION.

You will receive an email message within 72 hours confirming the receipt of your application. If you do not receive confirmation, please email CMRS at cmrs@humnet.ucla.edu.

Contact your recommenders and ask them to submit their letters of recommendation at the following link: SUBMIT RECOMMENDATION.

The recommender will receive an email message within 72 hours confirming our receipt of the letter.

Important note: The number of letters of recommendation varies depending on which fellowship you are applying for. Be sure to check the website for that fellowship to find out how many letters are required.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all application materials have been received by CMRS by the application deadline. We recommend that you email the Center one week before the deadline to ensure that your application is complete.
