Imagination Room
- Thursday, November 3, 3:00 – 5:00 pm
- Friday, November 4, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, November 5, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Sunday, November 6, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Please complete the PDF form at the link and return it by email as an attachment. We will confirm the availability of your requested exhibit space by email by September 15, 2022.
Information for Book Exhibitors
- Space for exhibitors is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your application as early as possible.
- Do not ship any books until your exhibition space is confirmed and we have provided you with a shipping address and instructions.
- Set-up: Initial set-up of the book exhibits will begin on Thursday, November 3, at 1 pm.
- Strike: Take-down must be completed by 2 pm on Sunday, November 6.
